Delete Your Account

Zapstel POS allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to info@zapstel.com
2. Use the subject line: "Zapstel POS – Account Deletion Request"
3. Include in the email:
   • Registered email address
   • Business / shop name (if applicable)
   • Reason for deletion (optional)

Our support team will verify your request and process it accordingly.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• User account information (name, email, phone number)
• Business and shop details
• Sales, billing, and inventory records
• Login credentials and authentication data

Data Retention Period

Account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or regulatory obligations.

Important Notes

Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Deleting your account will stop access to all Zapstel POS services.
